Remove never used XMLGUI_DBUS_INTERFACES_DIR from CMake config file

When KF modules were created from single kdelibs4, the single variable KDE4_DBUS_INTERFACES_DIR was readded by default per KF module. Though KXmlGui never installed any DBus interfaces, so this was added here only by chance.

Removing it help to avoid confusion what this variable is about, as other KF modules not installing DBus interfaces also do not have it.

Not planning to backport to kf5, in case someone by accident uses the var in their code, which then would break.
