Deprecate KShortcutsEditor::undoChanges() in favour of new undo()

Changing undoChanges to undo makes sense to me, as there is no other method undoing something else and all other methods like commit() are also not referring to any "changes".

There is at least one external usage of the method as I found by lxr.kde.org, so I propose to officially deprecate it now instead of just adding a KF6 TODO for renaming.
