ui_standards.rc: drop no longer used "options_choose_game_type" action

Friedrich W. H. Kossebau requested to merge work/kossebau/dropoptions_choose_game_type into master

All consumers now switched to "options_game_difficulty"

No bump of version, as removing the unused entry should not effect anyone, both developers on master, and for endusers going from KXmlGui 5.* to KXmlGui 6.0 there have been already version bumps in the development cycle. So saving another version.

Depends on games/libkdegames!33 (merged)
