Use metrics from Breeze for menu items

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/qqc2-desktop-style:more-faithful-menus into master

We can't read them dynamically right now, unfortunately. So the values are hardcoded.

In particular always using the small icon size helps a lot as this is what Breeze menus do, and the previous approach resulted in icons becoming smallMedium when using 11pt Noto Sans.
