ToolButton: Drop showMenuArrow property from background component

ivan tkachenko requested to merge work/ratijas/toolbutton-drop-showmenuarrow into master

It is implied by Accessible.ButtonMenu role, so remaining users of this API should port to that.

The only usage was in Arianna, and has already been ported in graphics/arianna!38 (merged)
