BusyIndicator: use new gear animation

Instead of just rotating the "view-refresh" icon we can now use the new pixmap sequence icon property for the newly introduced gear animation that we have in other places already. BusyIndicator_Gear Depends on kiconthemes!40 (closed) and kdeclarative!78 (closed)
