Mark Solid::Device as Q_RELOCATABLE_TYPE

Friedrich W. H. Kossebau requested to merge work/kossebau/markclassesrelocatable into master

Used with QList a lot, so marking that trait allows the template code to improve performance.

Using KF6 ABI breakge to add this.
