fstabhandling: use libmount in Linux

Méven Car requested to merge work/meven/mtab-parse-options into master

Use libmount instead of mntent under Linux. Allow to read mount options for manually mounted filesystems.

Merge fstab options into those of mount options. This allows to get useful mount options even for manually mounted fs.
