Adding isEncrypted method to AccessStorage

Adds isEncrypted method into AccessStorage frontend and implements check in the backends.

Please, have in mind that I don't know Solid well, so this change more of a starting point, to see if this is the right way to implement it. Input from more advanced Solid developers will be appreciated.

"isEncrypted" is created in order to fix problem with saving thumbnails.
