Drop include dir right into the namespaced dir from public interface
KF6-only, possibly some consumers rely on #include <specificitemvisitor.h> working on the KF5 side of things.
syndication_export.h is included by public headers using "" and placed into the same C++ namespace subdir, so those includes work, as well as includes to other own headers being all with namespace (though could have been just using "" instead).
