Modelines: remove LineContinue rules

Remove unnecessary rules. Using fallthroughContext="#pop" makes LineContinue rules unnecessary and may also cause conflict in single-line comments with <LineContinue context="#stay" .../>.

Also added a delimiter at the beginning of \bkate-(?:mimetype|wildcard)...
