Working Syntax Definition for Crystal Lang

Forked from Ruby Syntax Definition file. Made it usable for Crystal

  1. Support for the Crystal integer division // operator
  2. Support for Crystal Macros
  3. Support for Crystal keywords not present in Ruby

Will improve it further as and when I see issues while developing Crystal apps in Kate.
