PostgreSQL: Remove # as line comment

PostgreSQL does not use # as the start of a comment. It should just be a normal operator (like #>).

I'm putting this here to avoid unnecessary noise.

I've used KDE since version 3.4 (around 2005) and this is my first contribution ever, I think.

I hope this change is OK and I hope I didn't make any silly mistake. Happy to fix anything you point out and hopefully contribute more in the future.
