R Script: use default color style and small improvements

  • New color style: remove hard colors, use the default color style.
  • Replace some RegExpr rules with others, such as DetectChar, AnyChar, Detect2Chars, RangeDetect, etc.
  • Add ##Modelines in comments.
  • Add test file.
