Racket: Remove Color bracket hack

shenleban tongying requested to merge slbtongying/syntax-highlighting:remove-rainbow-hack into master

The hack that enables Rainbow Brackets is obsoleted by the "Colored Brackets" plugin.

It is also used by scheme.xml (and probably other a few bracket-heavy languages) and I think they should be removed too if this got merged.
