impr(toml.yaml): table key style now separate from header

It improves the visibility of headers among other lines. Also, separate true/false for the boolean type for better visibility of various options.

PS. It'll be nice too have dsConstantTrue and dsConstantFalse (or just dsTrue) ;-) -- it's so many syntaxes can gain benefit from this.
