Add heex to elixir extensions list

Gabriel Morell-Pacheco requested to merge gmorellp/syntax-highlighting:gmp/add/heex into master

This enables syntax highlighting for heex, which is now the default extension d'jour for elixir templates. I've tested this by enabling "Elixir" highlighting on an heex file in Kate
