Java Module must be higher priority than Java

Jonathan Poelen requested to merge jpoelen/syntax-highlighting:fix_java_module into master

I had used module-info.jav as filename, because the doc mentioned it, but I don't think anyone uses the .jav extension. But I hadn't thought about priority, so the wrong syntax was selected.
