Add Gleam syntax

Gleam is a new language compiling to Erlang or JavaScript. https://gleam.run/

This merge request is incomplete: there is no autotest references, make test does not generate outputs in "build/autotests/" for test.gleam and I don't understand why. Any help would be appreciated.
