Update hunspell-dic.xml (multi-word entries and non-existing comment syntax)

Hunspll dict format has become more complex with the support for multi-word entries. This commit will result in better highlighting for these cases.

Also, for system dictionary files, the current syntax file highlights comments, which is a bug because system dictionary files do not allow comments. This commit fixes it.
