Update README with "Color theme files" section

  • Add section "Color theme files", with general information about the themes.

  • Change the title of the section "What you should know before working with syntax definition files and sending a patch" to a shorter one.

  • The "Adding unit tests for a syntax definition" section is now a sub-section of "How to contribute".

  • Add the page kate-editor.org/themes in "Updating the kate-editor.org/syntax website".
