Add option to reverse mouse button mapping

Add the ability to reverse the rotation direction for the left and right mouse buttons so left click can be clockwise and right click can be counter-clockwise. The default behavior will match the existing rotation directions and enabling "Reverse Buttons" will flip the behavior.
