Smaller config sizing

Allow card theme selector to shrink and fit on mobile screen sizes (i.e., pinephone). Pictured is before and after sizing for the desktop. Mobile will shrink further depending on screen orientation. Related to this change: Adjust theme selector sizing to support smaller screens
