SVG files: process with svgcleaner on install, if available
Also adding an optional check for losslessness using ImageMagick's compare, which renders all cards and the back from the original and the installed files and compares them for equality.
svg-ancient-egyptians & svg-penguins both get issues, so are for now excluded from the cleaning.
Impressive result on oxygen-white which wins with reduction by 76 %, so just 1/4 in size afterwards (numbers with 7z compression, similar relative reduction with gzip one):
