Align translation catalog name version postfix with library major version

Friedrich W. H. Kossebau requested to merge work/kossebau/bumpcatalognameversion into master

To be merged by @ltoscano or @aacid when they can also move translation files

  • To allow potential co-installation with old libkmahjongg when it comes to translations
  • more naming sanity due to catalog name matching version number in main library name (libKMahjongg6.so, KMahjongglib6Config.cmake)
