Fix line wraps in point counters and player names
Adjust the layout such that
- three digits fit in the point counter of the Oxygen theme
- two-line names have more room and do not exceed the right border
Note that this changes lskat themes in a not fully compatible way: fontWidthUpper is replaced with fontWidthName and fontWidthPoints.
