the tab bar.  This required some hacking around
KMDI... but it works with all the KMDI modes.

* Set the caption for the filelist

* Make sure the partcontroller gets updated when
in TopLevel MDI mode.  This way you can use the 
split views and file list on multi-head much easier :)

* Still work to be done on integrating with adymo's
newui and I have work on a generic facility for opening
a file in split mode
