Draft: Migrate Craft Appimage from Jenkins

https://binary-factory.kde.org will be shutdown soon. Appimages do already fail due to compatibility issues with the Jenkins setup.

Other platforms (Windows exe, macOS dmg) will follow later when signing is available on GitLab. Yet they still work on Binary Factory
