ImageMagic, ExifTool, MariaDB paths. Updated framework versions

Sorry for the big MR. Included are fixes to pathing for ImageMagick, ExifTool, and MariaDB. Updated the framework versions to match macports.

I had to make minor updates to main.cpp to expand the #ifdef section for Windows paths. I updated a CMakeLists.txt to pass a #define to the code.

Finally, there are several changes to 04mm for better bundling.
