MariaDB and bundling cleanup

  • MariaDB in Homebrew is now portable and not pinned to /Applications/digiKam.org/digikam.app. This required a small change to digikam_globals_bundles.cpp, but wrapped with #ifdef
  • Changed Homebrew 03 and 04mm scripts to closer match changes to Macports
