This adds a script that will generate from a timezone shapefile or GEOJSON, a png image with unique colours for each timezone, and a JSON mapping file to map those colours to Qt timezone strings.
Hopefully the JSON format is what is desired, I can change it if required.
A sample image and json file are attached.
