Add bottom nav bar, kill ham on mobile
Adds a new landing page for mobile that allows us to remove hamburger menu on mobile, builds on !99 (closed), incorporates !98 (closed)
we keep the sidebar when the window is large enough
WIP: cause sidebar dissipates when going 2 levels deep
