Prevent upscaling of images

Mufeed Ali requested to merge fushinari/koko:fix-upscale into master
  • Prevents the upscaling of small images while still downscaling images that are too big to display normally.
  • Set a minimum window size so that it cannot be resized into nothingness.
  • Fix spacing of overlay button (sidebar hamburger button) from back button on toolbar while in folder mode so that it doesn't overlap each other
