Change text of drop_frames to tooltip and shorten the name
The action text containing a linebreak doesn't seem to be the right way of doing it, as it seems that none of the other items in the action file have multiline text. Also, the multiline nature seems to be causing it to not be translated for the Windows nightly builds, perhaps due to the action file being checked out with CRLF instead of LF, but it is just a speculation.
