408755 TIFF: initialize the layer being read with its IFD's color space

Amy spark requested to merge lsegovia/krita:work/amyspark/408755-tiar into master

According to git blame, the TIFF converter never actually applied the colorspace of the image/layer being read. This led to Krita applying the main document's color space, which is clearly not intended.

BUG: 408755

Test Plan

Follow tiar's reproduction steps, or run KisTiffTest with the included repro case.
