Re-Label and Disambiguation works (for master branch)
Relabeled the strings in Palette docker and its related dialogues using more conventional names and better contexts. Relabeled the Layer actions about adding new layers to better reflect what they do. Disambiguated Group labels everywhere. This MR is for master branch.
