Relabeled the strings in Palette docker and its related dialogues using more conventional names and better contexts. Relabeled the Layer actions about adding new layers to better reflect what they do. Disambiguated Group labels everywhere. Included disambiguation works missed in the MR !1050 (merged) during backporting to 5.0. This MR is for the 5.0 branch.
