LittleCMS: hotfix crash in kis_cs_conversion_test

This MR fixes @rempt's crash on kis_cs_conversion_test.

Build and run kis_cs_conversion_test.

    • It no longer crashes, but Windows shows the same profile load error before and after the update. (it only affects F32)

  • I can confirm the code is licensed and attributed appropriately, and that unattributed code is mine, as per KDE Licensing Policy.
