FEATURE: Add actions to copy/paste the layer style

Halla Rempt requested to merge rempt/copy_paste_layer_style into master

This puts the layerstyle xml on the clipboard, so people can also put it in a text editor and save it or edit it.

Note: I'm not sure about the location of the copy/paste layer style actions in the edit menu. The list of copy/pastes is getting really long. The actions are also in the layerbox right-click menu.
