Resource Testing Fixes for Gamut Mask

This fixes all the issues found on resource testing day:

  1. The deal breaker, "There's an endless loop when trying to back out of creating a new gamut mask.", fixed by just removing that dialog.
  2. Draws the selection rectangle in the list-mode for the gamut masks.
  3. Reenables drawing the description, using the meta-data system.
