Recorder: Blacklist line tool to make it work while recorder is active

While recorder is active line tool stopped working occasionally.

Test Plan

  • Start recorder
  • Activate Line Tool
  • Tick "show preview", untick "show guidelines"
  • Draw using line tool -- it shouldn't stop anymore
