Fix Android build

Amy spark requested to merge lsegovia/krita:work/amyspark/fix-android-compilation into master

There are some patches missing from 5.12.12 that are needed for the NDK to work again; Dmitry already found many of them while fixing the GCC 11 build, but there were two additional bits which are included in this MR.

Test Plan

Build Krita on Android. I tested this with the arm64-v8a ABI.
