Remove shortcut for removed brightness/contrast filter

Remove shortcut for the the brightness/contrast curvers filter, since that filter was removed in Krita 4.0

Test Plan

Go to configure Krita-> keyboard shortcuts and observe that "Brightness/Contrast curves" shortcut is removed
