Allow doubles as input for zoom combobox

Allow inputting zoom level with decimals in the zoom input box. This is done by modifying the regex to also include digits after the decimal.

No strings are modified so this can be backported to 5.0

In the bottom right zoom widget set zoom to various double/integer values
