Add use of platform color selector option to color button and gradient sliders

This is a follow up to #b366c26b

Removes the macros that check if we were in macos and checks the option directly as in the previous commit.

Also this fixes a bug that commit had: for the background color the logic was reversed. if the option was set, then krita's selector was shown.
