Fix broken macOS arm64 16bit integer rendering

It seems rendering format in GL_BGRA has undefined/broken byte alignment somewhere in the driver. Changing 16bit integer to be rendered as GL_RGBA and switch channels as we do for other cards fixes rendering on arm64 macos and does not break on Intel gpus.
