Add a new color-scheme theme: Krita Dark Orange
Here is a new theme made by Kezz Bracey (FreedCreative) [1] named Krita Dark Orange.

She published recently video tutorials featuring this theme. It's a flat very dark theme with a very vivid bright gold/orange selection color. She distributed this theme on her repository under GPL 3.0 [2]. This theme is a derivation and improvement over my 'Krita dark high contrast gold' theme 3 (my original theme being visually inpired by a Blender theme named 'Yello theme' by mrtzg [4]).
I contacted her and she agreed [5] with the idea of adding the theme to the list of preinstalled theme coming with Krita. I renamed the file and changed a bit the ColorScheme name so the name blends into the list of other Krita themes.
Test Plan:
Run Krita, switch the color theme: Settings → Theme → Krita Dark Orange
