Add option to show result at beginning for recorder export

Add a "Show result on first frame for" option to the recorder docker exporter. This option copies the last frame to the beginning and extends it the duration specified.

Specifying 0 seconds adds no frames to the beginning of the video. Defaults to 2 seconds.

Test Plan

  1. Set the "show result on first frame" option to some duration ( example: 5 seconds) and export video
  2. Set the "show result on first frame" to 0 and confirm no extra frames are added to the beginning of the video
