Android: Add support to get backtraces and logcat within Krita

Test Plan

  1. Invoking the crash handler would require manually tweaking the code to crash, raise a signal or crashing Krita with a known crash bug ;)

  2. There's a new option in Help menu on Android to get logcat dump within Krita.
