Library updates: LittleCMS 2.13rc2 and G'MIC 3.0.2

Amy spark requested to merge lsegovia/krita:work/amyspark/update-lcms-gmic into master

This updates LittleCMS to 2.13rc2, rolling up @alvinwong's fixes and incorporating the same for the YCbCr color space.

It also upgrades G'MIC to 3.0.2.

@rempt: please upload the tar.gz ball, you can get it here. The URL is already fixed in this MR.
